They got me in right away. Which was great, but they’ll charge you up front $446 for a MRI. Check with your insurance! Blue Cross covered the WHOLE cost, and I wouldn’t have known to ask for a refund if I happened to not call Blue Cross about something else. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND!!!!

Not happy about the billing practices here. They insisted I pay up front the cost of the MRI even though I had insurance. They claimed my insurance told them this was my deductible portion. Later when my insurance paid them in full because I had already met my deductible for the year, I was told they were still "waiting" for the insurance payment. It has been almost 3 months since they deducted over $400 from my checking account immediately and I have still not received a refund. The last time I called I was told they would "ask" a supervisor to put a rush on my refund. I'm still waiting....
