Drive through won’t take a guests old cup. I didn’t have room in My cup holder for the coffee drink I was purchasing through the drive through. I asked the cashier if they could take an old cup so I could make room, and she said “NO- she couldn’t take the cup”. I told her I didn’t have room for the new hot drink, and she replied with a smile, ”Sorry, we can’t”. What? Why? Such a lack of concern, what if I burned myself trying to hold it in my lap? So now I’m looking for a trash can at the drive through, so I can set my hot drink down and surprise. No trash can. You know people are going to throw their trash on the ground and litter at your location if you don’t provide a receptacle? I’m very disappointed, such a small consideration that I feel is made to be a big deal- to me. Pity!
