It is now 5:35pm I just left the office. I called at 5:20 and asked how late they're open. I was told 6pm but the lady didn't tell me they only accept walk in til 5:30pm. I came in at 5:31pm and the receptionist said they just took the last walk in a minute ago and they wouldn't take me coz I'm a minute late. Explained to her that I called first and the lady that answered the phone didn't say that. She said they're open till 6pm no mention of walk in hours. I've never seen this doctor but this urgent care was recommended. Well so much for that.

Finger sliced on mandolin at home. After failed attempts to get it to stop bleeding I drove to facility where I'd been seen at least twice prior. Walked in at 5:27pm and was told "sorry we just saw last patient". The hours say they are open until 6:00pm. Drove to urgent care in Ventura on Ralston and was taken back immediately with what was a pretty serious slice. Will never set foot in there again.
